What is Crafts Collective?

We are a creative sanctuary based in Singapore, offering curated workshops and premium craft kits. Our mission is to provide a space for mindfulness through the art of making. Whether you are at our studio or using our "Sanctuary at Home" kits, we help you disconnect from digital noise and reconnect with tactile creativity.
What exactly is a "Hybrid Craft"?

We believe the best art happens when worlds collide. A "Hybrid Craft" is our way of merging traditional techniques—like basketry, macrame, and sewing—with modern innovation like 3D printing, neon light design, and resin. We master the technical mechanics so you can focus on the soul of the craft.
Where is your creative sanctuary located?

Our studio is located at 69 Oxley BizHub, Lobby 3, Ubi Road 1, #08-22/23, Singapore 408731. We are nestled in a quiet, professional space designed to help you focus. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere for our participants, we operate by appointment only.
How do I find you? (Navigating Oxley BizHub)

We know the building can be a bit of a maze! Follow these steps for a stress-free arrival:

  • 🚆 By MRT: Take the Circle Line to Tai Seng Station (CC11). Use Exit B. It is a short 5-minute walk to the building.

  • 🚌 By Bus: Alight at Opp Trinity @ Paya Lebar or Le Crescendo. Both are served by buses: 8, 22, 24, 28, 43, 58, 70, 76, 80, 158.

  • 🚗 Driving / Grab: Set your destination to Oxley BizHub Lobby 3.Enter the basement carpark.Turn right at the entry, then immediately turn left.You will see the Block 69 lift lobby right there

  • The Final Stretch: Take the lift to Level 8, turn right upon exiting, and you will find us at #08-22/23.

II. Meet the Founders

Who are the hands behind the craft?

We are a founder-led collective. Atikah (Creative Strategist) leads our sustainability mission, focusing on repurposed denim and operational excellence. Jeannie (Technical Architect) is our polymath, bridging the gap between 3D printing, tufting, and fine mechanics. Saarrah (Community Lead) ensures our sanctuary is inclusive, specializing in sensory arts for partners like MINDS and the Down Syndrome Association.
You mention you can handle 100-pax events. How do you keep it "artisan" at that scale?

Operational excellence is in our DNA. Whether we are at PA HQ with 100 participants or a school hall, we use a professional demonstration system. We project our live hand-work onto screens so every participant gets a front-row view, ensuring the premium quality of a studio session is never lost.
From Amigurumi to Machine Crochet, you handle very intricate work. How do you keep it fun?

By focusing on the "character." In amigurumi, you aren't just stitching yarn; you're bringing a stuffed animal to life. I focus on the little details that give a piece personality, whether it's a resin-cast eye or a custom-sewn accessory.

III. Membership & Digital Wallet

How do the credit plans work?

Our membership tiers (The Spark, The Maker, and The Visionary) allow you to prepay for your creative sessions. When you purchase a plan, the total value is added to your Digital Wallet. You can then use these credits to "pay" for any workshop or kit at checkout.
Do my credits expire?

Credits for The Spark and The Maker are valid for 12 months. The Visionary credits come with an extended validity of 18 months from the date of purchase.
Can I use my credits for physical products?

Yes! Credits are versatile. You can use them for both in-person workshops at Oxley BizHub and our "Sanctuary at Home" craft kits.

IV. Workshops & Bookings

How do I book a session with my credits?

Simply log in to your account, select your preferred workshop date, and at the checkout page, choose "Pay with Credits" as your payment method.
What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the seat to someone else in the community. Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in a forfeiture of the credits used.
Can I bring a friend?

Absolutely. You can use your credits to book multiple seats. If you are a Visionary Member, don't forget to utilize your one-time Complimentary Guest Pass by contacting our concierge.

V. Corporate, Group & Birthday Events

Do you offer corporate team bonding or private events?

Yes! We specialize in bringing the "Crafts Collective Sanctuary" to you. We provide off-site corporate workshops and mass-scale activations (up to 100+ pax) tailored to your group's size and goals.
Can you host a workshop at our office premises?

Absolutely. Our team travels across Singapore with all the necessary materials and equipment—including neon and 3D tech—to facilitate a seamless creative experience for your staff or clients.
Do you host private celebrations or birthday parties?

We love celebrations! Our studio is available for private bookings where you can select from our 20+ crafts (Tufting, Resin, 3D printing, etc.). It’s an Artisan Party experience where guests leave with a finished piece of art they are proud of.
How do I get a quote for a private event?

Please email us at atikah@craftscollective.com.sg or WhatsApp us with your estimated group size and preferred dates. We will provide a customized proposal.

VI. Shipping & Kits

How long does it take to receive my craft kit?

For local Singapore orders, we typically process and deliver kits within 3–5 business days.
Are the materials beginner-friendly?

Yes! Every kit and workshop is designed to be accessible. We provide high-quality, professional-grade materials—from sustainable denim to polymer clay—that both beginners and experienced makers will appreciate.

VII. Gift-Specific

How does the recipient receive their "Escape"?

Immediately upon purchase, a beautiful digital Gift Pass will be sent to your email (or theirs). It contains a unique code that can be used to book any of our 20+ hybrid crafts.
Can they use it for kits if they can't come to the studio?

Absolutely. If they prefer to find their sanctuary at home, the credits can be used to purchase any of our premium craft kits, which we deliver directly to their doorstep in Singapore.
Does the gift expire?

We want them to find the perfect time to reset. Gift escapes are valid for 12 months (Spark/Maker) or 18 months (Visionary).
