When it comes to kids and creativity, having options is everything! This school holiday, we wanted to create an experience that lets young creators follow their imagination wherever it leads—which is exactly how our "School Holiday Craft Buffet" was born. The concept is simple but incredibly exciting: within their stipulated workshop time, participants get a full menu of creative mediums to choose from, allowing them to try their hands at multiple different projects side-by-side!
The studio coffee table tells the ultimate story of a successful buffet session. From mastering the soft, thick loops of a gradient deep-blue chunky yarn bag to getting fully tactile with textured clay art boards, the kids jumped from medium to medium with boundless energy. They also got to practice illustration by customizing canvas drawstring tote bags with fine fabric drawings, and even tried their hand at modern mirror painting to create beautiful, whimsical room decor. It’s amazing to see how much focus and joy can come out of a session when kids are given the freedom to sample a bit of everything.
