Empowering the Next Generation: A 98-Pax Crochet Milestone with Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Girls’ Guide

a group of teachers in front of a school massive basic crochet workshop for 98 members of the Girls’ Guides CCA

We reached a significant new milestone at Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary School, where we facilitated a massive basic crochet workshop for 98 members of the Girls’ Guides CCA.

Teaching crochet at this scale is an intricate feat of logistics and instruction. Our founder-led team transformed the school hall into a focused 'Sanctuary' of learning, guiding nearly 100 students through the fundamentals of hook handling, tension control, and stitch work.

The energy was truly awesome as we watched the students transition from initial curiosity to the proud mastery of their first stitches. This session reinforces Crafts Collective's capability to deliver technical, high-quality craft education to large-scale youth groups, fostering patience, creativity, and the joy of handmade artistry in a school setting.
